Additional Information About Rentals Rates
Refundable Damage Deposit CAD 0
Damage deposit of $200.00 is required and refundable. The deposit is for security and will not be refunded only if there is:
• Damage of property or furnishings.
• Dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning
Pets are NOT allowed.
2. Smoking is NOT allowed inside, OUTDOORS ONLY.
3. No excessive noise that can disturb neighbors.
4. The homeowners are not responsible for loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests.
5. Homeowner will not access the premises without resident’s permission except in the case of an emergency. Guests shall allow the homeowner access to the property for purpose of repairs and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.
6. Basic necessities are provided in the suite, coffee, tea, toilet paper, kitchen paper towels, extra bedding, towels, and cleaning detergent. Tenants provide their own food and toiletries. There is no daily housekeeping services. While linen and bath towels are included in the suite, they are not be leave the suite.
7. A payment term of 100% is due at booking.
8. Enjoy your vacation but please tidy up after yourselves. Would greatly appreciate you leaving the suite the same way you found it, in order and nothing damaged.
9. No outdoor shoes to be worn indoors.
Owner's cancellation policy:
50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
